Mushrooms and Peas

Method

  1. Fry onion until golden brown in ghee or butter.
  2. Add all the ingredients except mushrooms and peas and stir well for 2 minutes.
  3. Add mushrooms and peas and stir well for a further 2 - 3 minutes.
  4. Add water and let it simmer for 15 minutes.
  5. Serve it hot with rice or chappaties.
