Mushrooms and Peas
Ingredients
- 225g Mushrooms
- 450g Peas
- ½ teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
- 1 teaspoon chopped Ginger
- 1 Onion
- 1 teaspoon Tumeric Powder
- 100g Tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
- 2 Cloves
- 2 Bay Leaves
- 50g Ghee or Butter
- 450ml Water
- Salt to taste
Method
- Fry onion until golden brown in ghee or butter.
- Add all the ingredients except mushrooms and peas and stir well for 2 minutes.
- Add mushrooms and peas and stir well for a further 2 - 3 minutes.
- Add water and let it simmer for 15 minutes.
- Serve it hot with rice or chappaties.
